Event Reminders
You can setup Music Teacher's Helper to send an automatic e-mail to your students a certain number of days before each lesson (or any event scheduled on the calendar). This is especially useful for those students who have different lesson times each week, or who just tend to forget.
You can also customize these reminder emails to say just what you want.
To setup event reminders:
- Click the "Calendar" menu
- Click "Event Reminders"
- Check the box to "Remind my students of every lesson"
- Select the number of days in advance you want the reminder sent
- Click "Save Settings"
